We want you to love your beauty routine, but if you are not completely satisfied, most new and unopened beauty products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For items that are opened or used, please check the specific product page for eligibility under the Amazon Great Returns policy.
Initiate Your Return
Go to 'Your Orders' in your account, locate the specific beauty item you wish to return, and select the 'Return or Replace Items' button.
Select Reason
Choose the reason for your return from the dropdown menu and select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or an Amazon gift card balance.
Choose Drop-off Method
Select your preferred return method, such as a label-free, box-free drop-off at a Whole Foods Market, Kohl's, or a UPS Store location.
Ship and Track
Print your return label if required, or simply show your QR code at the designated drop-off point, and track your refund status through your account dashboard.
